SHIPPING/CANCELING ORDER

Before submitting an order, please verify that the email, shipping and billing information is correct as no changes can be made once order is placed. We cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.

Packages become the responsibility of the carrier after leaving 24kHat LLC. We are not responsible for damaged, undelivered, stolen, or missing packages. Please contact your mail carrier with tracking information provided to resolve these matters.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All sale items are final.

Orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday. Excluding Holidays.

Orders placed will not be shipped until the following business day.

Orders placed on Friday (After 2pm Est) - Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

COVID delays may affect normal shipping time frames.
